The project is for the sell-out process for a premium handset brand. This person needs to manage a team of promoters and team leads of West (Mumbai, Pune, Nasik) and ensure achievement of sales target of the region and at the same time maintain the day to day operations as per company standard. The JD typically would involve:
- Manage day-to-day retail sales operations, Field force management & Promoter program
- Inventory forecasting, replenishment. Review sales reports
- Manage a team of Team leader & ensure target achievement
- Coordinating with the external partner(Distributor & Retailer, LFR Channel partners) and ensure proper communication flow
The candidate should be :
- Computer Proficient
- Self-Motivated, Self-Driven.
- Having analytical And Problem Solving Ability
Required Experience : 4-6 years in the relevant field (field force operations)
Base Location : Mulund, Mumbai
Max CTC that will be Offered: 9 LPA (80-20 ratio)
