ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Designation: Presales/Solution Specialist
Job Location: Noida
Job profile:
- Specialist in presales functions including creation of proposals, elevator pitches, RFIs & RFP response management, & Research
- Solution defining & proposal creation for Sales Enablement services:
Understand the clients business / their GTM/ Industry segment & requirement. Responsible for defining the solution for requirement shared by a client. Create well -structured proposals/ RFI responses
Lead the development of the solution, working closely with Business Development (Sales) and Delivery/ Operations teams
- Sales collateral creation & repository management- create sales collaterals viz. Case studies, Concept Notes, Elevator pitch etc.
- New Services/ New Industry/ New Geo penetration
Continuously research & give inputs to enhance current service offerings & build new services, in-line with Industry trends
Suggest new services post extensive research in New and Emerging offerings, within various industry verticals and geos
Research on biz opportunity in new geo, Market information/intelligence, End Customer Accounts to prioritize, competition information
- Ongoing Research into:
Target/ Global accounts tracking and updates
Competition update and documentation for wider usage
Research on trends and themes across identified set of Industries
Stakeholder Management:
- Ability to independently manager multiple stakeholders at time either vertical/ practice heads or BDs
- Interact directly with Delivery Managers and senior management and working customized presentations for client reviews
Required skill sets:
- Understanding of B2B Sales Operations - Inside sales, digital demand generation, Integrated Demand generation, Partner management, and virtual events.
- Preference to experience or understanding on utilizing analytics, BI & digital marketing for sales processes efficiency
- Preferably holds decent understanding on IT/ ITES sales ecosystem both on OEM and partner side
- Research and Consulting - Industry Research, Go-to-market strategy, Sales consulting, Market Research
- Should have knowledge of data source - analyst databases - Gartner, Forrester, Govt Publications
- Ability to derive inferences from data sets / information in public domain
Must Have:
- Min 6+ years in presales, proposals/ solutions, bid management or other sales enablement roles
- High proficiency in MS PPT, Word and Excel
- Analytical, Creative and ability to put thoughts/ideas/concept into workable representation
Education: MBA or Equivalent
