Job purpose :

The job purpose is liaison among stakeholders in order to understand the structure, policies, and operations of an organization, and to implement technology solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals in most effective and efficient manner.

Duties and responsibilities :

- Work as the Transition Lead for outsourcing engagements

- Lead a cross functional team and provide guidance and support on how to exceed client expectations

- Manage internal/external client relationships during various stages of the transition

- Follow Denave Transition Methodology to successfully transition projects within the agreed timelines

- Put together detailed Transition Plans and ensure successful execution as per the timelines

- Manage multiple transitions at the same time

- Client Relationship management

- Project Reporting - to internal and external stakeholders

- Work on Re-engineering projects as required

- Committed to strategic initiatives and improving transition effectiveness

- Ability to work with multiple internal and external stakeholders as a team to deliver objectives

- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) while designing client solutions and process re-engineering exercises
