- Have worked extensively in General Trade, with Distribution and Retailer management - Channel experience must

- Good with Business analytics & presentations

- Positive attitude and willing to go the extra mile to get things done

- Execution orientation must - Strategic bent of mind (added advantage)

Basic understanding of the Profile:

1 Pan India exp. in Managing Channel partner Sell through ( RD to Partner)

2. Pan India Team management Team managing partner sell through for business

3. Exp in Increasing Partner billings Channel Expansion for business

4. Partners managed are those who bill to Channel customers ( NOT RETAIL / CONSUMERS)

5. Client Management Complete Ownership towards TGT Vs Ach as per SOW

6. Review Management - Ensure that he is capable of Managing Client Reviews Preparing Review Decks Number Understanding

7. Capable of Gathering Market intelligence and add value to the Client

8. Review Team regularly ensuring Program health is maintained w.r.t all Hygiene parameters.

Roles and responsibilities;

1. Heading Pan India Operations and Sales Deliverables for business from Denave prospective and driving and monitoring sell out of FOS for Channel and working as bridge between FOS and key stake holders.

2. Funnel Planning partner wise, and execution sales through channel partners across all times

3. Capacity filling manpower: Recruitment and constant training of new and existing asos.

4. In alignment's with assigned territories and sharing right market information in right time for better outcome in the territory.
