- Direct the actual distribution or movement of a product or service to the customer.
- Coordinate sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals and establish training programs for sales representatives.
- Analyze sales statistics gathered by staff to determine sales potential and inventory requirements and monitor the preferences of customers.
Required:
1. Min -8-10 years of Exp in Distribution sales Management ( IT Hardware - Preferably LT /DT) Consumer channel Sales
2. PAN - India Team management Experience required.
3. Must be responsible for Overall Sell Out from ND /RD to Partners
4. Must have good understanding of Partner ecosystem in all 4 Zones - North / South / East & West
5. Client Management experience
6. Complete Sales Orientation to drive India Channel sales team.
