New Business Development -
- Seek out and source new clients by developing networks and independently identifying and developing relevant resources for sales and business development
- Responsible for mining and farming of the new accounts along with the Client servicing stakeholders
Retail Strategy & Business Strategy Management for BTL Activations, promotions, events:-
- Generates ideas about future retail activities, BTL activations, Promotional events to ensure a cutting edge strategy; maintains up to date knowledge of the market place, competitors and trends
- Influences and supports the element of the annual budget process. Constantly reviews financial data and supports the Managers in providing realistic input into the sales budgets
- Takes decisions on matters relating to the day to day retail operation / BTL activations within their defined work area including the strategic planning of resources.
- Planning & execution of events.
- Planning and supervising the service delivery of projects by various departments
Client Relationship Management
- Develops negotiating strategies, examining risks and potentials, estimating clients needs and goals.
- To earn trust in relationships with others by consistently demonstrating integrity and professional competence.
- Nurturing relationship with the existing clients and focus on adding on new clients onboard.
- Understand clients requirements and devise integrated solutions
