Job Title: Sr. Manager / AGM Reports to: GM - Taxation Location: Delhi Business Unit/ Function: Den Networks Ltd Job Purpose: This position is responsible for the Company's tax compliance, tax planning and accounting for income taxes. The successful candidate will work with businesses, service providers, and other tax professionals in carrying out his or her responsibilities. He or she will work with financial management within the Company and third party service providers. Competencies, Knowledge, and Experience : Education Qualification - Qualified Chartered Accountant Relevant Experience: - 8 - 10 years of experience - Solid knowledge of fundamental accounting principles - Min 6 years- tax experience in public accounting firm handling corporate tax and GST - Prior experience in tax strategy implementation, planning support and project management will be advantageous Competencies (Primary and Secondary) : - Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and meticulous - Possess good business acumen and highly adaptive. Principal Accountabilities and Key Deliverables : Operational Task : - Responsible to legally minimize tax liabilities through the informed application of tax laws and regulations - Prepare and review tax calculations, estimates and reports accruals and purpose partnering with country, regional and corporate finance, tax, legal business and operations terms - Manage tax compliance process, reporting, and filing works for the Company &amp; it's subsidiaries - Ensure timely and accurate filing of all corporate and personal income tax and GST returns - Establish appropriate system or processes for tax risk management for the Group - Review current and deferred tax provision - Manage and coordinate tax audits for internal &amp; external audits. Liasioning &amp; Support : - Lead and coordinate ad-hoc tax-driven business initiatives locally or regionally - Act as the key point of contact and support for our local and regional taxation matters - Liaise with tax authorities and provide tax audit support for the Company and its group - Manage external tax authorities and consultants locally and regionally - Provide internal tax advisory services and support on business operation matters Salary offered: 16-18LPA
