Qualification: MBA/Relevant degree in Sales or Marketing
Work Location: North India
BRIEF ABOUT THE ROLE :
1. Collaborating with executives/Business partners to establish and execute a sales goal for the region
2. Responsible for delivering sales revenue and profitability for the designated cluster
3. Managing sales team in order to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate-set goals
4. In-depth understanding of channel and business drivers, to retain and grow existing accounts
5. Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals
6. Assisting sales personnel in their techniques
7. Developing specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term
8. Educating sales team/Business Partners with presentations of strategies, seminars and regular meetings
9. Provide timely & structured feedback - operator, user & competitors
10. Reviewing regional expenses and recommending improvements

1. Should have prior experience in creating and managing channel preferably for telecom or Broadband
2. Should have a go-getter attitude and have excellent number crunching skills
3. An excellent team builder and motivator
4. Should possess an in depth knowledge of the geography in which he/she needs to operate

6. Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, drive change, and collaborate effectively with a variety of individuals and organizations
7. Superior analytical skills to analyze any scenario in macro and micro perspective
8. Exposure to direct sales as well as channel sales through DSA and distributors
9. 10 to 15 years of experience of which last 3-5 years to be in managing regional teams
10. Strong management skills and should have handled direct and indirect team of 60 plus members
11. Exceptional communication skills & should be a people's person
