To manage team performance by creating win-win relations with customers, trade partners along with maintaining company image and values. Competencies, Knowledge, and Experience Education Qualification : Preferably a Post Graduate in Marketing/IB/Business Management Relevant Experience Minimum 8 - 10 years of experience of progressively responsible experience for a major company or division of a large corporation. Competencies (Primary and Secondary) : - Should be full of analytical, reasoning and creative skill. Possess excellent communication skills and result oriented. Necessary Requirement : Should be willing to travel across Varanasi. Should be aware of the region and demographics across Varanasi. Principal Accountabilities and Key Deliverables : Major Activities : - Meeting Revenue targets &amp; EBITDA - Expanding into newer geographies and increasing visibility through LCO connectivity - Managing distributors and market hygiene - MIS analysis related to sales &amp; Operations in the region - Managing Legal and Administrative Compliance - Increasing Brand Image through PR, Branding, and activations - Managing AMS and Content for local TV Channel - Vendor Management for ISP connectivity and expansion - Administrative and local liasioning for Ground Management and Control
