Demand & Supply Planner - Service Spares - FMCG

PLANNER SERVICE SPARES (2-5 yrs)

Well known consumer durable company, part of large business house, is a market leader for its products & B2B solutions. The company is professional managed, present in over 200 locations in India & hires NextGen leaders who have a strong value system.

- Complete responsibility for demand & supply planning for after sales service spares

- Maintain high customer service levels; reduce customer complaints by better availability of spares

- Improved demand planning of 4000 SKUs spares; ensure spares received in time, manage inventory & control non moving spares

- Supply planning to ensure spares are available with Business Partners

- Design & implement IT solutions to balance customer service & inventory levels; use SAP data to plan on Excel wrt past history & feedback from field service team

- Meet all performance parameters including TAT for customer complaints, inventory days to manage working capital, spares availability - with business partners

- Work closely with sales, managers of factory supply chain, quality, logistics, customer complaints, service etc

- Good at numbers, Planning & Organizing Skills, attention to detail, ability to Influence others, good Interpersonal Skills

- MBA, 2-5 years experience, 28-30 years of age, Rs. 8-10 lakhs per annum
