Urgently Looking for Regional Sales Executives with leading FMCG MNC.

Location: Pune

Experience: 1 to 5 years

- CTC can go up to the 16 lacs.

Ideal candidate will be an Premier B Schools (Batch 2013& 2014) - NITIE,SP Jain, IIFT ( Operations spl ) or XLRI ( operations spl ) with strong experiences in Demand Planning & Supply Planning passed during 2013 & 2014batch

Responsibilities

A. Demand and Supply Planning

Establish an accurate regional demand planning management process

- Develops Country forecasts for the franchise by appropriate maintenance of demand history and tools provided

- Establishes, reviews and maintains an effective process to drive forecast generation and demand management in the franchise

- Ensures market/sales intelligence data added to the statistical forecasts is substantiated by business expectations and reconciled to overall business plans

- Maintains system planning parameters

- Provides planning inputs to country product phase-in/phase-out plans

- Communicates the NPI launch purchase plan to source companies

B. Supply Planning

Establish an accurate regional supply planning management process

- Generates, reviews and executes Distribution Requirements Plan (DRP)

- Develops country supply plan for the franchise that meets anticipated customer demand at optimal inventory level

- Limits exposure to excess and obsolete stocks by implementing internodal redistribution of goods for the franchise

- Resolves regional supply issues by communicating and co-ordinating with source company and country management; draws up a joint action and contingency plan for the resolutions of such issues

- Takes joint responsibility with country supply and marketing managers in achieving country inventory targets, while clearly identifying inventory accountabilities across regional and local supply planners

- Reports on and makes recommendations for improving source company performance

- Builds and maintains relationships with sourcing company contacts

C. Supply Execution

Establish an accurate regional supply execution management process.

- Is responsible for activities up to processing of Goods In Transit (GIT) instructions to Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).

D. Enterprise Planning

Obtains input from all relevant parties to build an agreed inventory investment plan for execution

- Participates in Enterprise Planning meetings

- Creates initial data input to the business planning exercise

- Identifies issues from Enterprise Planning meetings and works with source company and countries for effective resolution

- Takes ownership for and follows up on issues identified at Enterprise Planning meetings

E. Self Development

High level of knowledge in product and market related areas; abreast of current developments and trends within Supply Chain and Information Systems

- Maintains up-to-date knowledge of relevant franchise products and supply chain methods

F. Corporate Ethics and Standards

Contribute to the achievement of health & safety goals. Manage business within Credo and ethical standards.

- Actively support corporate policy and ethics leading by example.

- Tertiary qualifications at Degree level - Science or Engineering based

- At least 1 year experience in Supply Chain or related fields

- Good working knowledge of Demand Planning, Supply Planning and Supply Execution processes along with exposure to IT Systems like APO/APS, SAP/JDE etc

- Preferably MBA from premier B Schools like IIMs/S.P.Jain/NITIE/XLRI/FMS etc.
