Keep a check on the range of orders 6. Keep a check on the quality of people on-boarded 7. Managing entire delivery 8. Demonstrate strong knowledge of improving processes through Six Sigma / Lean/ methods and can perform complex Analysis when exposed to unstructured and structured data. 9. Picking important projects that enables achievement of business objectives and drives growth. 10. Establish and continually improve the consistency, predictability and efficiency of the Customer Excellence project delivery by providing leadership and sharing best practices. 11. Roll-out organizational goals/objectives with in-house and Partner teams and maintain strong relationships with Partner Leadership 12. Work across functions (Operations, Process Design, Product, Training, HR, Technology etc.) to align on the project charter & lead the end to end deployment. 13. Bring in scalable, long term and global outside-in perspective while solving for seller issues, improving efficiency and reducing contacts.
