We are looking for a dynamic personality to lead the Demand Planning and drive the culture of detailed planning with speed of execution. This role requires high attention to details, understanding of Forecasting models, building frameworks, interaction and alignment with key leaders and quick deployment of plans on ground.

Designation: Demand Planning and SNOP Head

Core Areas:

- Hands on Experience in different demand forecasting models like Exponential Smoothing, Holtz- Winter, ARIMA, XG Boost etc., Experience in Multivariate Forecasting approach.

- Practical knowledge in understanding trends & seasonality and application of different demand planning techniques to improve forecast accuracy

Qualification: Post Graduate (Supply chain Background); 6-8 years of relevant experience in Demand planning with forecasting experience;

Location: Mumbai

About the role:

- Strategy and planning: Lead demand planning strategy and process for store level orders and our entire portfolio of products. Steer the S&OP planning process, provide in-depth analytics to Leadership, Finance, Revenue & Supply chain teams.

- Analysis and Reporting: Candidates will do analysis on Key demand planning KPIs like MAPE, Demand Attainment, COV etc., Also candidate will provide insights and solutions to improve the forecasting process

- Innovation: Exploring different forecasting models to achieve best in class forecast accuracy at day & hourly level. Should have mindset of continuous improvement in forecasting approach and provide clear trajectory for demand planning KPIs

- Out of the Box Thinking: Capable of collaborating with cross functions to gather and incorporate inputs to ensure robust forecasting process and thereby reducing forecasting error.

- Implementation: Should have ability to achieve best in class demand forecasting results which help in achieving relevant business metrics.

- People management: Will be leading a team of high capable demand planners. Responsible for effectively coordinating with Cross functional teams to gather insights required for right forecasting
