Demand Planning/Forecasting Manager

- Experience in Demand forecasting

- Practical knowledge in understanding trends & seasonality in data

- Help business team in translating business goals to execution plan by forecasting number of orders predicted at each store level

- Analysis on Key demand planning KPIs & provide insights and solutions to improve the forecasting process further

- Out of the Box Thinking

- Improve the systems & processes, to gather data faster towards achieving relevant business metrics

- Responsible for effectively coordinating with Cross functional teams to gather insights and calculate relevant KPIs

- People good at Planning & Organizing, Systems & Process Orientation and Result Orientation

- People having strong communication and convincing skills and the ability to meet daily, weekly, and long- term requirements and goals

- Those who are able to work under tight deadlines

- People with working knowledge of VBA, SQL (Good to know)
