Demand Head - eCommerce

We are recruiting - Demand Head- with a Startup E-commerce organization, based at Gurugram (Founded by IIT Alumni).

The company is a social e-commerce venture, aiming to help the 200-300 Million new to internet users realize the power of internet and e-commerce. Founded by IIT alumni, the company aims to create several thousands of micro-entrepreneurs and empower them to create the go-to e-commerce platform.

Through a network of neighborhood community leaders, it enables the customers to experience the convenience of online commerce.

Responsibilities :

- Identify scalable channels to acquire new community leaders.

- Setup processes to on-board and retain the community leaders.

- Help the community leaders grow their customer base.

- Identify activation levers Trade Marketing, Consumer Promotions to drive revenue.

- Effective management of Operations and Business Development.

Key Requirements

- Engineering or MBA from Tier 1 Colleges (IIT / IIM).

- 2+ years of experience of working with high-growth startups.

- Prior experience in managing field teams.
