Job responsibilities of Demand Head are as follows : - - Managing 7-8 Demand Program Managers - Take up the entire demand activities - Capable of large business - Strategic mindset - Demand reference - Handling large activities - Responsible to drive Bottom line in alignment with the company strategy - Target planning for the city team and regular training through Market visits - Drive category growth through innovation and new initiatives\ - Build business strategy using a strong selection strategy, an understanding of the top market trends and by developing new customer insights - Drive changes and strategies by liaising with cross-functional leadership and prioritization of internal capabilities - Vendor management driving disruptive changes for the category via strong vendor relationships - Portfolio management by developing the best possible selection - Leading the Brand's growth, adoption and stability in the region will be the key focus area for the role holder - Accountable for achieving sales & distribution objectives, team performance &amp; development and controlling sales expenses. Drives sales strategy - Plan, create, direct and implement Sales strategies and programs to achieve (or exceed) set Sales objectives. - Based on marketing reports and sales performance, revise strategies. This revision may be done on a monthly or quarterly basis. - Support sales leaders in resolving day-to-day issues. He or she will be the point of contact to drive and implement these changes
