- His/Her mission will be to lead and deliver an aggressive Demand Generation plan in targeted growth and emerging markets across India for a globally leading product range of our client.
- MBA preferred with 10+ years in a successful Inside sales role in India for a global software/hardware product/solution
Should have managed and delivered a minimum lead quota of usd 5 mill. Per annum from inside sales campaigns.
REQUIRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE :
1) Demonstrated ability to acquire volume customers thru sales campaigns
2) Strong written and verbal communication skills- Strong English skills
3) Confidence and presence
4) Good problem solving skills
5) Good judgment
6) Know when to solve and mitigate risk and know when to escalate
7) Experience in Multiple disciplines preferred (Demand sales planning, lead pipeline management, Database mining & farming, Remote conversion skills, Direct sales campaign management, Salesforce performance )
8) Capable of navigating complex and dynamic environment on a politically sensitive tightrope
9) Able to discern order out of chaos 1
0) Skilled in integrating change management into program management methodology 11) Able to build trust at all levels of the organization
12) Persuasive Coordination - able to influence without depending on organizational authority
13) Excellent computer skills: Word, Excel, Visio, Project, PowerPoint. Prior hands on experience in SF.com
