- Execute Demand Generation initiatives and be the growth engine for sales efforts in Americas
- Drive Inside Sales campaigns for select accounts/ Sectors
- Work with third party agencies to generate leads for accounts
- Manage in-bound inquiries and campaign responses
- Track, manage and update the lead information in internal CRM database
- Work closely with various Sales teams/SLs/Presales as their extended arm.
- Own the action items generated from executive meetings which helps in creation of qualified opportunities
- Market Research & Stakeholder mapping
- Undertake Market research and database creation for targeted accounts
- Understand the key decision makers in the customer organization - executive sponsor, technical buyers, economic buyers and influencers to create a stakeholder mapping and communication plan for short-listed solutions
- Competence building
- Work across SLs and Sectors to create knowledge base of all solutions, capabilities, offerings and case studies. Regularly update this knowledge base and feed to the GTM engine within demand generation team and as well the sales teams globally
