Role: a) Set conversion/revenue goals for digital channels of customer acquisition. Build a mar-tech stack and distill lagging and leading metrics. Own and manage PPC, SEO/SEM, Adwords, GA and Data Studio, re-marketing, and other 3rd party advertising. b) Work with marketing tools to optimize funnel for conversion and engagement at each stage c) Engage with the content and product teams to get the right content created d) Track performance, ability to score and segregate MQL and SQLs and pass it on to relevant teams and ability to review and pass on the valid leads to the sales team e) Help measure the marketing initiatives and create an ROI on the same f) Ensure that the online initiatives are in sync with the brand perceptions Experience Required: a) Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years marketing experience required; a minimum of 2 years of experience directly managing B2B Digital Marketing programs with proven ability to deliver consistently strong measurable results b) Prior experience in engaging with the Enterprise customers c) Email, database, and digital marketing experience d) Prior experience in using tools for lead gen and lead nurturing e) Tech savvy f) Excellent communication skills - strong written and oral communication skills g) Prior experience working with the inside sales team h) Ability to objectively measure the efforts and provide ROI. i) Prior experience in managing the online spend and help budget for the same j) Overall understanding of marketing as a function and good understanding of business
