Designation: Sales/Business Manager
Delphi Infotech, a technology consulting firm with offices in Delhi and Dubai, is looking for a qualified and experienced professional to join our sales/marketing team. Our sales department produces quality work for major clients, and seeks a sales professional who can participate in various stages of the sales and business development process especially with regard to cyber and email security.
Preference
Our first preference would be someone who has worked with a big technology distributor/vendor - if the candidate has worked with a distributor or vendor in partner facing role - he or she will be given a higher weightage for this opportunity.
Responsibilities
As we will be the value added distributor the major role will be to educate- partners on the product and how to sell the same product. The responsibilities shall also include:
1. On boarding partners by showing them the business plan with the right scenarios
2. Demonstrating the complete value of the products
3. Operating in India, responsible for the introduction of Cyber Security topics, and demonstration of security expertise, into local customers/partners
4. Build a sustainable Cyber Security business in country, and to establish this through solution development, integration and delivery of cyber security services
5. Coordinate with vendors and build strategies to grow with the vendor
6. Build Business Plan with and for the vendors
7. Drive successful implementation of internationally planned comprehensive sales push measures in country
8. Ability to discuss financial plan and strategies with the partners and the management of the Delphi
9. Manage Sales forecast with the company management and vendors
10. Give inputs/suggestions at the right time
11. Conduct solution reviews and validation (technical feasibility and ability to deliver within allocated time and budget
12. Work within existing and new accounts to promulgate the Client Security approach and portfolio using a consultative selling approach
13. Pitch value propositions for standalone or overarching Cyber /Email Security services and products
14. Take on overall responsibility in local, complex "embedded security" projects for tender and contract creation until the closing for Security (big/major deal environment)
15. Meet and develop client relationships, talking through capabilities, probing client requirements and presenting solutions at technical workshop level
16. Understand and communicate the digitalization trend and security's contribution to it
17. Capability to develop security solutions based on customer requirements and using the security portfolio of our Client together with Solution design authority and support overall enterprise architects for the Security part
18. Participation in the development of international security solution offerings-
Requirements
This person should the following skills:
1. The ability and desire to sell. Sales cycle management experience.
2. Driven, self-motivated and most importantly fun-loving
3. Excellent communication skills
4. Strong commercial awareness
5. Knowledge of email platforms such as Exchange, O365, Google apps, Zoho etc.
6. Up to date knowledge of SIEM, innovative Cyber solutions and products
7. Knowledge of IDPS, Firewalls, Threat and Vulnerability Analyses Knowledge of Exchange/O365 services
8. Working knowledge of changing attack vectors and corresponding cyber defense methods
9. Detailed knowledge of principles, practices and techniques for comprehensive cyber security
10. A confident and determined approach
11. Ideally shall have some experience in a pre-sales role
12. Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection
13. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
14. The capacity to flourish in a competitive environment
15. Strong documentation and presentation skills - Knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint is a must
16. Broad IT expertise coupled with a working knowledge of pertinent regulations and laws-
Preferred Educational Qualifications
At least a Bachelor's Degree in any field but should have the mindset to be able to sell technology.
Salary/Compensation
The compensation structure will be divided into two parts - (a) basic and (b) hefty commissions based on sales.
Note: This Job post is based in New Delhi (India) and might require the candidate to relocate and travel within India or outside India.
