Functional:

- BE/BTech/MBA/MCA

- 5 - 8 Years of Consulting Experience in SAP HCM - OM, PA, Time Management

- Thorough understanding of SAP HCM/HR module

- Has worked on minimum 2 end to end SAP implementation projects in SAP HCM/HR (exclude Support Projects)

Others:

- Ability to work under challenging environment and timelines

- Has led cross functional team of consultants

- Ability to maintain cordial client relationship

- Good Communication and presentation skills

. Should be willing to travel
