Our team (based in U.S. and India) has served C-suite executives, traders, investment bankers, compliance officers, regulators, middle-office managers, operations managers, and technology specialists at top-tier banking, securities, and investment management firms.  Function : Deloitte & Touche Assurance & Enterprise Risk Services India Private Limited  Service line : Risk Analytics - Regulatory and Complaince  Job level : Consultant / Sr. Consultant  Specific skill set required : Understanding of the U.S. Banking and Securities  Graduation : Any graduate  Professional qualification : MBA or M.Tech  Work experience : 2 - 6 years of relevant experience  Key skills required are as follows :  - Excellent understanding of the U.S. Banking and Securities industry and experience working with a financial services consulting organization or a large bank; broker-dealer   - Strong experience working in risk management and regulatory compliance function of market, credit, and operational risk (e.g., Stress Testing (CCAR, DFAST), Basel, Risk Data Management, Risk Infrastructure, Data Architecture, Data Governance, Risk Analytics i.e. BCBS 239).   - Knowledge and experience working with Volcker and Dodd Frank regulations, Recovery and Resolution Planning, EPS (Enhanced Prudential Standards), and Enterprise Compliance   - Understanding of financial instruments (banking book products like wholesale/retail, Trading book products like equity, fixed income, derivatives, FX, commodities, etc.) and the related market and reference data   - Demonstrate ability to work with subject matter experts in key areas of risk management to define critical gaps in capability, design a recommended future state, and outline an implementation strategy.   - Data management experience within a capital markets or a banking organization with focus on key activities, including data architecture and design, data quality assessment, and data analytics and reporting. Essential Technical Skills: MS Access, SQL Server, MS Excel, SAS, etc. Additonally good experience with relational and non relational database technologies is a plus.   - Excellent project management skills and knowledge of MS Project or similar tools is preferred.   - Knowledge of Risk Technology Vendor Platforms (e.g OFSAA Reveleus, SAS Risk Solutions..)   - Excellent documentation & communication skills   Work timing : 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (expected to stretch during peak periods)
