Deloitte - Senior Product Specialist/Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive and lead the product and the business planning process across cross-functional teams of the company

- Develop a product strategy; Understand customer requirements, market gaps/ need gaps and drive release-level feature choices.

- Connect activities and deliverables to business outcomes. Should have the ability to define the economic rationale for every major effort and translate it into metrics.

- Coordinating with the customer, design and development teams to ensure that the product development is in line with the end user requirements

- Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including product and market research, competitive analysis, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch

- Design and execute a continuous testing plan for important end-to-end flows working hand in hand with the QA team to deliver an excellent experience.

- Play an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful completion of Release/Sprint Goals for the team
