Major responsibilities & deliverables:
Business & Practice Development:
- Development of Valuation practice
- Actively develops business for Valuation practice
Proposal Management:
- Turns around valuation assignments
- Manage valuation engagements for tax restructuring, financial reporting and pre-deal assignments
- Involved in all aspects of engagements including drafting a proposal, engagement administration, execution, budget monitoring & collections and due diligence
End to End Client Engagement:
- End to end Client engagements activities
- Displays leadership qualities & people management skills
Qualifications required:
- Minimum 10 - 15 years - total work experience
- 7 - 8 Years of experience in valuations (must have)
- C.A. or MBA with prior valuations experience
- Strong on Financial theory and concepts
- Proficiency in Valuation of equity / intangibles including PPA and valuations under IFRS
- Proficiency in Accounting, Tax/ regulations (as applicable to capital market requirements)
- Proficient in MS office; familiarity with financial databases like Capita-line
