"B. Tech / MBA in Computer Science/Information Technology/Electronics, 12+ years of Security & Privacy experience
Core Skills :
- Ability to build & sustain a practice in one or more service areas such as Identity & Access Management, Security Management, etc.
- Subject matter specialist in multiple security and privacy domains
- Extensive experience in leveraging industry standards and frameworks such as ISO/IEC 17799, ISO/IEC 27001, COBIT, ITIL, etc.
- Experience in design, development and roll-out of security and privacy programs, developing IT risk management strategies, compliance programs
- Experience in developing Cyber security strategy, roadmap, return on security investment, security metrics, risk management models, framework.
- Experience in data privacy, data protection, Integrated compliance, etc.
- Experience in Social media, technology governance, strategy, cloud computing, Technology strategy development
- Market eminence - Presented in any security forums, Industry meets etc. on key security topics.
- Possesses certifications such as ISO27001 LA/ LI, ISO22301 LA/LI, Prince2, PMP CISSP, CISA, CISM certification- preferred

- Leads through thought leadership, responsible for providing strategic direction to the organization - revenue, business strategy and growth initiatives
- Responsible for multiple practices (service offerings); sets vision and provides strategic direction and thought leadership to the group in the organization.
- Maintains key relationships, builds and maintains strategic accounts, handles the relationships with key clients and interacts with all clients at the senior most level
- Responsible for overall business development and people Management including headcount, recruiting and utilization
- Responsible for quality and risk management, people management, client engagement for new and repeat business
- Decision maker for entering new business areas, technologies and service offerings
- Represents the organization in international industry and technology forums
