The Risk Advisory team is recruiting for Senior Managers to be based in Chennai

Core Skills:

Ability to build & sustain a practice in one or more service areas such as Cyber Threat Management,

IAM, ITRM etc.

- Subject matter specialist in multiple cyber risk services domains

- Experience in managing multiple large/complex client accounts from end-to-end including project management, expansion and retention

- Extensive experience in leveraging industry standards and frameworks such as ISO/IEC 17799, ISO/IEC 27001, COBIT, ITIL, etc.

- Experience in design, development and roll-out of cyber risk services programs, developing IT risk management strategies, compliance programs

- Experience in managing multiple cyber risk services projects. Involved in end to end project life cycle for large scale clients.

- Technology strategy development

- Market eminence - Presented in any security forums, Industry meets etc. on key security topics.

- Developed strategy and operations roadmap on Cyber Threat Management.

- People and practice management of Cyber Threat Management.

Brief Responsibilities :

- Leadership position responsible for project, team, service offering, practice unit, service line

- Manages large client engagement teams, mature a service offering or a practice unit

- Leads through thought leadership, responsible for providing strategic direction to the organization revenue, business strategy and growth initiatives

- Responsible for multiple practices (service offerings); sets vision and provides strategic direction and thought leadership to the group in the organization.

- Maintains key relationships, builds and maintains strategic accounts, handles the relationships with key clients and interacts with all clients at the senior most level

- Responsible for overall business development and people management including headcount, recruiting and utilization

- Responsible for quality and risk management, people management, client engagement for new and repeat business

- Decision maker for entering new business areas, technologies and service offerings

- Represents the organization in international industry and technology forums

- Responsible for developing and socializing sales collaterals related to various cyber risk service areas, participating in business proposals, orals, negotiations and project delivery and sales

- Develop the practice level strategies and monitor the health of the practice to ensure that it is in-line with the plan.

Educational Qualification :

B. Tech (Tier 2) in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields;

Additional Skills :

- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)

- Demonstrates knowledge of one or more industry or functional area

- Demonstrates ability to write technical reports and develop and deliver presentations

- Strong project management skills

- Demonstrates a general knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, firm products and service lines

- Membership and visibility in professional & civic organizations

- Public speaking at industry conferences and seminars

- Published articles and papers

Preferred Skills :

- CISSP, CISM, CISA, ABCP or CBCP certification

- Prior big 4 or consulting experience
