Deloitte - Senior Manager - Corporate Finance - M&A

The candidate should have a corporate finance/ Deal Advisory / Investment Banking with 8-12 years work experience in Deal Origination, M&A etc.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Responsible for Deal Origination and Business Development with active participation in proposal creation and client meetings & discussions

- Responsible for managing end to end Transactions with minimum supervision.

- Ability to understand client requirements and contribute to engagements in the various Industries and Sectors.

- Ability to contribute to winning signature engagements, i.e. that accord the firm high visibility or / and are first of its type engagements in India.

- Ability to contribute in developing strategic assignment wins, innovative deliveries, development of unique and niche products, reposition existing service line products for various industries.
