Selected candidate will lead Business Intelligence competency Will have the responsibility of working in a hands-on delivery role with primary focus on supporting the practice in other pursuits and areas as well.

Major responsibilities & deliverables:

- Requirements analysis of functional BI case

- High level data, Business Intelligence/reporting and data integration design

- Low level/detailed data, reporting, dashboard and OLAP specification creation and review Project Management & Team management abilities

- Code review

- Unit Testing and System Testing Results review

In addition to these core delivery tasks, selected person will also be responsible for the following additional practice support activities:

- Effort and commercial estimation for Business Intelligence projects

- Staffing and review of staff performance

- Recruitment

Skills Required:

- Data Modelling - hands on experience required

- Data Integration design- hands-on design/development experience with tools like Informatica or IBM Datastage

- Experience in BI tools like Database knowledge, Data Modeling, ETL, Data Cleansing, Master Data Management, EAI, Big Data, Enterprise BI and self-service BI. The tool range would cover Informatica, IBM DataStage, Erwin, Tableau, Qlik, SAP BW, SAP BO, SAP Lumira, JReports, IBM/Informatica MDM, Kafka, ELK, Hadoop, Splunk, Spark, RapidMiner, Microsoft BI, Oracle, Teradata, MS SQL Server, Open source BI tools, Open source DB structured and unstructured.
