Job Description - Senior Consultant - SAP CRM

The key job responsibilities include the following:

- Looking for a SAP CRM Functional Role with minimum 5 years of work experience with 2 implementations end to end (mandatory).

- Extensive experience in SAP CRM - Sales, Marketing and Service

- Experience in Base customization, Data replication, campaign management, e-mail response tracking, I-base management, multilevel categorization(desirable), activity management, CRM-ECC integration, pricing, billing

The key skills required are as follows:

- Certified on SAP CRM

- Should have minimum 4 years of experience in SAP CRM

- Should have experience of at least 2 full life cycle SAP CRM implementation for domestic (India)/International clients.

Others:

- Ability to work under challenging environment and timelines

- Has led cross functional team of consultants

- Ability to maintain cordial client relationship

- Good Communication and presentation skills
