Skills and experience :

- Good knowledge and experience of working in the FinTech (BlockChain) and / or FS (banks, insurance, asset management) field

- Experience in working with (or for) start-ups in the field of financial technologies (digital payments, APIs, online payments)

- Experience scanning, scouting, shortlisting, start-ups

- Worked with FinTech start-ups and / or accelerators

- Managing a team of professionals and guide them on a day to day tasks

- Oversee the set-up and execution of the FinTech API Sandbox

Responsibilities :

- Identifying any market or consumer related risks associated with the use of any products/services devised by the member start-ups

- Identifying and pursuing FinTech-related funding schemes across government agencies

- Managing the branding and marketing of Mumbai as a hub through FinTech events and initiatives

- Managing the overall operations of the hub
