About Technology CoE :

Technology CoE offers innovative solutions that enable MD to execute with agility, drive closed-looped marketing, and achieve operational excellence; optimizes data, tools, people, and process.

- Partners with various MD channels to deliver data-driven insights in the form of dashboards/reports, which help make informed decisions

- Provides end-to-end support around database management, reporting, and maintenance activities

- Proactively identifies opportunities for automation and reporting

Work you will do :

MD- Technology team is recruiting an expert for Insight generation and story boarding at Manager Level as part of their team that interfaces with variety of teams within the Market Development group and the firm. The individual should be creative and forward-thinking, answering the burning research questions through structured and unstructured data.

- The professional have to analyze market data and execute programs that drive marketing effectiveness. He/she would be responsible for data mining and statistical analysis including analyzing marketing performance data, creating advanced queries and reports, and working closely with the other teams in support of MDS-wide marketing programs.

- Ideal candidate is someone who has 8-12 years of experience in insight generation and story boarding.

- Make sense of the data to create insights that can drive actions and outcomes. Strong insight generation skills.

- Use data analysis skills to clearly present complex information in a simple manner, discern business meaning and recommended actions to stakeholders to influence optimization across marketing assets

- Collaboratively identifies the best means to visually depict the intermediate as well as final data analytics results in ways to provide effective process for mining new insights and assisting in decision making for solving complex problems.

- Effective presentation and story boarding skills with exposure to senior level presentations

- Passion to provide actionable recommendations using statistical techniques to drive ROI for marketing programs

- Develop dashboards/reports to meet the business intelligence needs of brand and Marketing Professionals

- Provide analytical and reporting support for industries and accounts, marketing campaigns, test and measurement design and post-campaign analysis

- Maintain project trackers (tasks, ownership, deliverables, and next steps)

- Ability to work in a matrixed organization and prioritize projects

- Excellent verbal and written English communication and organizational skills

- Strike conversation with clients and ability to convince the concept designed.

- To recommend and develop clear and logical flow in a dashboard/report.

- Team management

Skillsets required:

- Strong computing, analytical, statistical, data visualization, analytical thinking, and problem solving skills

- Strong understanding of a broad set of marketing activities: Campaigns, events, digital marketing, SEO, social media, email marketing etc.

- Intermediate/Advanced level in developing reports and dashboards in tools like Tableau

- Good business writing skills

- Excellent written & oral communication skills

- Good Client management and relationship building abilities.

- Capable of quickly, regularly, and independently learning new technologies under the pressure of consistent high-profile project deliverables with review by firm thought leaders

- Leverage data visualization techniques Tableau platform technologies to design and implement production ready solutions and create advanced BI visualizations

- Experience in leading and managing teams. Ability to work well in in-person and remote team situations

- Self-motivated and strong team player. Highly developed personal and professional ethics

Educational Requirements:

- Any Graduation Degree (Engineering)

- Professional qualification (reputed institutes preferred) - MBA

In addition, successful candidates will also have the following preferred skills:

- Ability to work independently, manage small engagements or parts of large engagements

- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
