This role would require you to drive the search for and implementation of cutting-edge Technologies in USI Evolving Workforce. Specifically, your role will involve: Building and driving a Vision: &nbsp;Collaborate with EW and Talent Technology teams on long-term vision for EW technology, building a clearly articulating, long-term vision for Evolving Workforce Technology in USI which is aligned with the region's priorities/ requirements and in sync with the broad/ overall Vision/ directions prescribed by EW-Center of Excellence (US/ USI) Research/ Thought Leadership: - In collaboration with the EW Strategy &amp; Innovation team, actively research/ scan the markets for potential EW products/ solutions that are aligned with the long-term vision - Gather market intelligence about products/ solutions used by Deloitte competitors and other market peers/ leaders and make appropriate recommendations that may suit Deloitte's growth requirements and provide input into broader EW S&amp;I initiatives. - Demonstrate Thought Leadership with respect to EW Technologies that are built on (but not limited to) Artificial Intelligence (AI), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), IOT, Blockchain etc., - Play an active role in the advocacy and acceptance/ proliferation of such technologies within EW Collaboration/ Partnership: - Collaborate/ Liaison with various stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption of cutting-edge EW technologies. The stakeholder may include: - EW Strategy &amp; Innovation - US Talent Strategy &amp; Innovation (TS&amp;I) Team - Talent Technology Reporting &amp; Analytics (TTRA) - EW - CoE and CTS - OGC - SPSS - ITS etc., - Ensure early engagement and active participation of stakeholders in the evaluation/ selection processes - Be the face of EW Strategy &amp; Innovation in the region Technical &amp; Commercial acumen: - Track vendor research along with EW S&amp;I team - Lead/ Participate in vendor/ stakeholder conversations (technical and commercial) and report out highlights/ observations - Monitor the spend and outcomes (e.g. utilization) of currently deployed/ proposed to be deployed products/ solutions - Prepare and communicate appropriate analytics and reports Coordination/ Follow-through: - Work with vendors/ stakeholders to facilitate demos, pilot runs, running test cases etc., and track/ table outcomes - Identify potential issues/ opportunities that may arise from (these) demos/ pilots and raise flags, seek resolution etc., Change Management and communication: - Be an advocate and change enabler amongst stakeholders - Be responsible for change management/ program management for all EW technology rollouts This role requires you to invest effortlessly in the following areas - - Understand the market attributes that are evolving in changing the traditional mechanisms of talent acquisition - Drive automation and build efficiency using technologies across sourcing, interviewing and offer management processes - Collaborate with talent leadership to assess needs, develop strategy and implement solutions that would improve our candidate experience - Consultative skill to prepare and present marketplace analysis and human capital technology solutions - Work with Talent Leadership in making changes/ implementation using HR Technology platforms - Develop and cultivate relationships with various levels of management within the firm
