Work you'll do :

As part of the Talent Acquisition team of Deloitte India, you will be responsible for managing hiring, Partnering with a range of stakeholders to provide a solution focused service which drives the acquisition to top talent across the firm.

Responsibilities :

- Continuously build and strengthen relationships with Business & Internal stakeholders. Would be reporting to Talent Acquisition Lead and would be assisting in closure of the Hiring targets of the Business Function/s.

- Supervise recruiting personnel (should have reportees to Manage). Would be responsible for their learning and development.

- Should be involved in Senior and critical Hiring through sourcing channels like professional network, social media etc. Should be assisting Talent Acquisition Lead in Leadership hiring.

- Network within the marketplace to understand competitive landscape and compensation practices

- Ensuring all the sourcing channels are used by self and the team to build pipeline through both active and passive candidates and achieve required hiring demand and productivity targets.

- Should be contributing to Firm level projects.

- Partner with the business and act as an advisor, creating synergy and agility of decision-making for adaptation of recruitment processes in accordance to business needs and realities

- Ensure team is maintaining timely and accurate data in the applicant tracking system

- Ensure exemplary candidate experience by self and the team below.

- Leveraging analytics for identifying and correcting lags within the current recruitment processes

- Should have Intellectual curiosity, a strong growth mind-set and desire to constantly improve.

- Recommend and implement effective and compliant talent acquisition strategies based on robust consultation and partnership with a continuous improvement mind set.

- Utilizing analytics to identify new potential markets for sourcing of candidate

Requirement :

- MBA (HR) from reputed institute. With 10+yrs of experience in similar field.

- Lead, coach and develop peers and team members across talent acquisition

- Able to form effective relationship at all levels of business.

- A critical thinker who constantly questions the status quo.

- Open and flexible in your approach, able to adapt quickly to changing business needs

- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)

- Strong analytical skills, good business understanding.
