Work you'll do - Oversee project proposals, project planning & execution, including resource administration & members- allocation for project completion - Undertaking new projects/initiatives for health sector opportunities - Understand client requirements, project scope and deliverables - Support Senior managers on project delivery, client meetings and leading on some projects/ project modules independently - Project management and coordination with internal and external stakeholders etc. Skills Required - Good understanding of health sector, public health structure and public health programs in India/ South Asia - Understanding and experience in one or more technical areas such as Maternal and Child Health, TB, Malaria, Non-Communicable Diseases, Nutrition, Human Resources for Health, Health Infrastructure, Healthcare supply chains, Healthcare IT etc. - Prior consulting/ advisory experience in Health sector in India/ South Asia is a must - Prior consulting/ advisory experience in public health sector is desirable - Prior experience of proposal and report writing for government clients and donor agencies is desirable - Comfortable Interacting and working closely with Government and Donor Agencies - Effective communication and team-working skills - Research, analysis, and problem-solving capabilities - Report writing and PowerPoint development skills and analytical abilities - Data Management and Qualitative & Quantitative Data analysis skills - Adaptability to travel and change Qualifications : - Post-Graduation: Master's in Public Health/ Health Policy/ Public policy/Health and Hospital Administration/ Business Management/ Rural Management/ Economics/ Social Sciences from premier institutes in India and abroad - Graduation/Post Graduation: Any - Should have relevant experience of 5-8 years
