Job opening for the position of Manager ISMS Audits Bangalore.

"B. Tech (Tier 2) in Computer Science/Information Technology/Electronics, 8-11 years of Security & Privacy experience

B. Tech / MBA ( Tier 1). 7-9 years experience

Core Skills :

- Subject matter specialist in multiple security and privacy domains

- Extensive experience in leveraging industry standards and frameworks such as ISO/IEC 17799, ISO/IEC 27001, COBIT, ITIL, etc.

- Experience in design, development and roll-out of security and privacy programs, developing IT risk management strategies, compliance programs

- Experience in building vulnerability management programs for organizations

- Experience in designing Secure Development Lifecycle for organizations (Strategic roadmap and implementation)

- Mobile Security Governance and Security Solution Implementation (Sybase, GOOD technologies etc.)

- Cyber Threat and Risk Assessment - Ability to identify business implications and identifying tactical and strategic recommendations to mitigate the risk.

- Experience in managing multiple security and privacy projects including full lifecycle of Security Architecture (design and implementation of NAC, DLP, SIEM, CODE SECURITY, Integration of different technology solutions), Vulnerability management projects, Design and architect role of security solutions.

- Possesses certifications such as ISO27001 LA/ LI, ISO22301 LA/LI, Prince2, PMP

CISSP, CISA, CISM certification- preferred

- Substantial experience in architecting technology solutions in the Security & Privacy Services space

- Ability to define the business & technical scope of a project. Should be able to independently lead delivery teams to deliver projects according to client specifications after such scope is defined

- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)

- Demonstrates knowledge of one or more industry or functional area

- Demonstrates ability to write technical reports and develop and deliver presentations

- Strong project management skills

- Demonstrates a general knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, firm products and service lines

- Membership and visibility in professional & civic organizations

Preferred Skills :

- CISM, CISA, ABCP or CBCP certification

- Prior big 4 or consulting experience
