- Provide oversight of the reporting operational support for the performance management function within the Global Talent organization
- Prioritize project and operational tasks and delegate appropriately across the team.
- Manage client expectations. Create and make presentations regarding project status and recommendations to clients, project leaders, and other key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Release Manager, clients, and other team members to ensure the successful implementation and deployment of updates to the reporting system.
- Identify opportunities and make recommendations to improve efficiency by streamlining, scaling and automating tools and processes. May lead implementation of improvement efforts as appropriate.
- Manage a team of analysts to complete operations and management goals. Provide guidance, training and motivation as necessary to develop, grow, and retain top talent.
- Assist with developing communications, change management, and training materials for clients, business partners, and teams.
- Document business requirements for changes to existing reports and new reports.
- Assist with defining the data, reporting and analytics roadmap and long-term strategy for the performance management function
