Responsibilities-
- Manage work activity to support Member Firm Reporting and Global Finance and Accounting
- Effectively manage the team in its daily activities, manage utilization and allocate workload. Balance work levels across the team to ensure workloads are appropriate and manage to results
- Manage the validations of data and reporting each month. Ensure Dashboards are validated monthly
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
- Work along with technology to ensure Production issues are solved timely. Communicate reporting changes and downtimes to Finance Team
- Capability to prepare / guide / review different levels of process documentations
- Monitors and analyzes teams work to develop efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy
- Work with each direct report to establish goals and objectives for each year. Monitor and advice on the progress to enhance the professional along with maintaining the teams morale
- Be an effective coach, mentor and guide professionals in the team to drive the performance and innovative culture within the team.
- Builds working and collaborative relationships with the various FP&A teams and mid-management to support business priorities and objectives through complex financial modeling and ad-hoc reporting
- Proactively identifies and communicates areas of risk and opportunity
- Drives the compliance/data governance process surrounding the data to ensure accuracy at the source system
- Complies with all departmental/ financial operations policies and practices.
- Oversee SAP security and bi-annual audits
- Knowledge of SAP BOBJ a plus
