Manager - Digital Transformation
Summary:
As a Digital Transformation Specialist, you will work as part of a team that focuses on helping our clients design and implement strategies to reinvent digital strategy and enhance User experience. You will advise, shape and deliver technology led transformation programs aiming to enhance end User digital experience.
You will work on multiple projects from redesigning an existing business process to creating new technology enabled efficient business processes including identifying relevant tools/ mobile applications/ ERPs ensuring that they align with the overall goals of the organization. You will support clients in implementing the redesigned technology enabled business processes successfully, while demonstrating excellent project management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Run and lead short discovery strategy phases of work, develop business transformation vision, value roadmap, high-level target solution designs, target experiences
- Provide expert advice on shaping complex platform transformation programs
- Shape digital-led transformation strategies working with multi-disciplinary team of strategists, technologists and experience designers
- Prepare comprehensive business case for adopting digital technologies
- Prepare detailed sourcing strategy for the digital solutions
- Work collaboratively with internal and external teams to co-create solutions and implement the same
- Demonstrate excellent project management skill sets including preparation of detailed project plans, communication with stakeholders, new system roll out plans, etc.
- Preparation of data migration plans and assisting in data collation, cleansing, etc as a part of the new system implementation process
- Being an active project lead to resolve User issues in the new system implementation through interfacing with appropriate stakeholder
- Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders
- Build new skills and strengthen your expertise with unparalleled training and support
- Conduct workshops/ trainings and prepare/ review process documentation
- Identify key business performance monitoring metrices and enable dashboarding through appropriate tools/ digital platforms
Skills required:
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Experience in successfully implementing at least 3-4 digital transformation projects across sectors
- Ability to think innovatively and design and deliver client oriented digital solutions
- Ability to work with stakeholders to understand their need and build trusted relationships
- Understanding of delivery methodologies with an emphasis on agile
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams
- Ability to perform well under pressure and with defined timelines and milestones
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, and assess and adjust quickly to changing priorities
- Advanced verbal communication skills; ability to articulate your thoughts, ideas, and develop a point of view about your work.
