As a member of the Analytics team, you will help small start-ups to multinationals drive growth with informed confidence. We are looking for a well-rounded, networking savvy, technically adept manager with strong business acumen.
- You will be contributing to the growth of the practice and your career while creating top-tier dynamic solutions in a rapidly evolving space.
- In this role, you will be responsible for delivering client work from a onshore arrangement perspective. Managers will leverage a range of skills to deliver dynamic solutions.
- Projects are underpinned by strategic analytics and the manager will be effective at delivering/leveraging a number of specialized resources across Deloitte.
- You will do this while engaging leadership and guiding the project toward an effective and creative client solution.
- You will consult/assist onshore Deloitte team to create a strong strategic vision with the client which incorporates business analysis, product and market understanding and financial impact analysis.
- You will collaborate with onshore team (Deloitte Member Firm) to execute on the vision and ensure the finished product is a no-surprises experience which delivers quality and excellence.
The onshore team ( Deloitte Member Firm) specializes in providing advisory services in the retail and consumer business industry / Financial Services organizations targeting the customer experience, marketing and brand effectiveness, category management, network optimization and other customer related solutions.

Qualifications :
- Managers will contribute to the growth of the practice by providing effective top-tier solutions, maintaining strong internal and external relationships while developing the collective thought leadership of the group. They will possess:
- Combination of advanced education in mathematics, computer science, engineering, business or related area and advanced expertise in a relevant subject matter area, such as strategy and marketing, retail strategy, business analysis in a relevant domain.
- 5 years of relevant work experience ideally in retail or consumer business/ Financial Services Industry
- Strong management consulting, advisory experience and/or advanced industry experience
- Strong commitment to professional and client service excellence
- Experience managing teams and deliverables, including the coaching of junior staff
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to deliver the full cycle of project management accountabilities
- Experienced with financial analysis or modeling, project problem diagnosis, solution development, client communications, facilitation of decision making, managing client expectations, team leadership
