The Team:

The Deloitte Corporate Finance and Restructuring Services (CF&RS) team consist of highly skilled and experienced professionals dedicated to providing companies with customized investment banking, infrastructure finance & public-private partnership, restructuring, insolvency services. Our team of client focused industry leaders is committed to working to address the range of client transactions.

Deloitte's global Corporate Finance and Restructuring Services teams advise clients ranging from entrepreneurially-owned businesses, corporates, private equity, and institutional investors to governments, management teams, and individuals. This global scale and connectivity, combined with local market insight and industry knowledge, underpin the integrated solutions that Deloitte's Corporate Finance and Restructuring Services teams consistently deliver for clients.

As part of the CF&RS team, the Infrastructure advisory focuses on both the public sector in structuring and procuring their PPP contracts, and private sector consortia on bid development, deal structuring, project financing and contract negotiation.

Work you'll do?

- Your role as a Manager, will focus on the management and delivery of client engagements. In this role, you will develop high-performing people and teams, leading and supporting them to make an impact that matters, and setting the direction to deliver exceptional client service

As a Manager you would be responsible for:

- End to end execution of transaction advisory mandated involving preparation of business case, feasibility studies, marketing collaterals, bid process management etc.

- Advice on issues pertaining to Public-Private Partnerships across the project life cycle

- Preparation of robust financial models

- Review transaction documents and guide the team though all stages the transaction or project execution phase

- Primary point of contact for Clients and responsible for Client management

- Lead business development initiatives.

- High commitment to learn and deliver across the transaction lifecycle.

- Guide the team and show extremely high level of commitment for driving transaction / project closures

Candidates from other Big 4 or other consultancy firms in Infrastructure Advisory will be preferred

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's in commerce/engineering/planning (Bachelor in engineering in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical preferred)

- Post-graduation in management / MBA /CA qualified (CFA and premier university preferred)

- At least 7 years of work relevant experience in Infrastructure finance and Public-Private Partnerships including experience related to business plan formulation, investment decisions and business case/ techno-financial feasibilities preparation, project financing and funding, financial analysis and modeling, transaction advisory and similar work

- Excellent academic track record

- Strong report writing and reviewing skills, with an appropriate focus on attention to detail, conciseness and risk management

- Strong excel skills - quick and accurate manipulation of data

- Strong financial modelling skills and ability to own the model throughout the transaction process

- Strong commercial acumen and market awareness

- Good understanding of transaction documents and key negotiation items

- Focused on high quality service

- High commitment to deliver on every transaction process

- Ability to multitask on multiple engagements

- Fluency in written & verbal English

- Strong work ethic and positive attitude with the flexibility to be working beyond normal working hours to deliver to clients' expectations
