Functional & Technical Experience : Total years of experience 25 years plus, in HR functional & HR technology and at least 10 years in SAP (OEM) products like SAP HCM & SuccessFactors, currently leading a SuccessFactors team.
SF experience : Employee Central, Recruitment, Onboarding 2.0, PMGM & Compensation (Certification in at least three modules of SF)
Organization experience : Experience should include engagements with renowned organizations, experience in implementing SF projects for professional service organizations is preferred.
Education : Post graduate preferably in the HR domain

Role :
- Reporting to the Executive director IT head of enterprise application
- Developing & implementing Talent technology strategy
- Align and leverage emerging technologies to maximize the talent resources productivity, and user experience and solve complex tasks using automation
- Managing talent technology budget/resource budget. Keeping attrition under control
- Managing stakeholders from the Talent function. E.g. Talent advisor & Chief People Officer
- Dealing with external vendor and internal consulting team to augment capacity
- Managing OEM vendors like SAP
- Staying abreast of industry trends and new IT technologies
- Ensuring consistent and positive customer interactions across all touchpoints
- Analyzing customer feedback and data to identify improvement opportunities
- Providing leadership and direction to the technology team
