Key competencies (Knowledge/ Experience):
- Serve as a Trusted Business Advisor for the USI Service Line Leadership
- Work with business leaders to plan and implement the USI RM Strategy and ensure this is in line with the RM strategies laid out by Core Talent Services (CTS)
- Provide and execute of strategies that would include but not limited to Campus Deployments, Bench Management, Forecasting, and Demand - Supply Gap Management etc.
- Partner with and build relationships with FSS Business Leaders, CTS Business Leaders, Practitioners,
- Managers and Associates and also with other Talent functions
- Be an advisor to FSS Managers on Immigration and Visa processes/ visa usage etc.
- Lead a team of Information Service Analysts; Coach and mentor them to deliver excellent service;
- Continuously seek and improve processes and efficiencies
- Continuously Challenge the team and raise the bar on Service Excellence and Customer Sat
- Build a high performance team which breeds excellence amongst team members.
- Recognize team members for results delivered
- Build a learning environment that encourages team members to seek and acquire new skills and experience through classroom, e-Learning and experiential learning
- Ensure Team's compliance to usage of various RM Tools
