We are looking to hire professionals across levels focusing on infrastructure advisory. The practitioners are expected to: - Execute/manage advisory engagements with private/public/donor agency clients in the infrastructure sector focusing on business transformation, operations excellence and performance improvement, strategy &amp; policy formulation, investment decisions and business case/ techno-financial feasibility preparation, commercial due-diligence and similar work - Develop client deliverable and business adherence to timelines for project milestones, etc. - Supporting business development opportunities with public / private sector and working on proposals/ pitches - Support in writing point of view/ thought leadership publications on industry/ sector topics - Mentoring and supporting fellow team members on engagements Eligibility criteria and requirements: - Excellent education background in engineering (Civil preferable) with post-graduation in Management/MBA from premier institutions. Other relevant streams (CA/ CFA, Transport Economics, Transport Planning, Construction Management etc.) may be considered based on relevance of experience. - 2 - 10 years of relevant management consulting or industry experience in infrastructure sectors focusing on business transformation, operations excellence and performance improvement, strategy &amp; policy formulation, investment decisions and business case preparation, market assessments, commercial due-diligence and similar work - Experience in business development and client delivery &amp; project management experience with public/private sector &amp; donor agencies - Ability to seamlessly function across sectors, flexibility with travelling and working from Client site. - Proficiency in English &amp; Hindi; Excellent analytical, writing and presentation skills.
