Working on high profile assignments, you will have the opportunity to be involved in a wide variety of deal and post deal assistance scenarios, with a mix of both corporate and private equity transactions, within a highly commercial, client focused environment. What we do - Due diligence is now regarded as one of the most important milestones in a deal process and Post Deal, Value Creation is the new frontier as far as deal related assistance to clients is concerned - We provide dedicated support throughout the deal / transaction lifecycle from initial evaluation through to Post Deal services (Value Creation). We work across numerous industries and markets. - As part of broader M&A TS, the VCS team will be involved in initial diligence of the target from a variety of perspectives to ensure significant value items, risks and other matters have been identified and considered by our client and assisting them in making an informed decision regarding the transaction. - Adding to pre-deal due diligence, our new proposition would be to assist clients in (a) closing issues and observations that arose during diligence and (b) planning and execution immediately after completion, whether be it through a structured 100 day planning or generating immediate value from EBITDA or cash flow or filling in interim management positions Role Deputy Manager - VCS (Labour and Human Resources) - Execute the Labour and HR diligence during pre-deal due diligence - Analyse data to identify potential HR risks and mitigation measures - Support execution on identified post deal interventions - Prepare issue and solution based document to present to client for post deal work - Be involved in proposals and pitches for both Operational due diligence and for Post deal Value Creation work - Help with the research on relevant issue based thought leadership and articles This is a national practice role and there is no specific locational requirement. However, the candidate must be willing to travel as and when projects require Ideal candidates should have the following experience - MBA in HR from a Premier/ Tier I institute - Graduation in finance/ accounts will be preferred - 3-4 years of cumulative post MBA work experience in (a) industry and (b) consulting - Should have worked in labour related HR and IR issues and be proficient in relevant laws and rules - Should be proficient in MS powerpoint, excel and making presentations - Should be proficient in number crunching and data analytics
