About GUIDe (Government, Utilities, Infrastructure, and Development):  - Deloitte GUIDe (Government, Utilities, Infrastructure, and Development) practice covers a range of services for clients (both public sector and private sector) in the infrastructure sector, including governance and administrative reforms, techno-commercial feasibility institutional strengthening, capacity development, organization restructuring, regulatory & policy reviews, accounting and financial management, fiscal analysis, e-governance projects, technology-enabled public service delivery, socio-economic assessment, monitoring and evaluation, impact/outcome assessments Public-Private Partnerships, etc. The team consists of professionals with qualification in Management, Engineering, Accountancy, Planning, Economics, etc., having experience and focus on Government policies, regulations and governance; energy and resources; urban reforms & development, transport and infrastructure such as roads, urban transport, railways, ports, airports and industrial infrastructure; public service delivery such as public health, education and skill development.   - Deloitte brings an in-depth understanding of government projects at all levels-national, state, district, and local levels-gained through years of consistent service to this critical segment of our economy. Our clients include government bodies, public sector organizations, and various donor agencies including DFID, World Bank, ADB, etc.  Location: Multiple locations  Function: Consulting - GUIDe  Grade: Multiple levels ( Consultant to Director)   Roles and Responsibilities :  - Understand client requirements, project scope and deliverables; lead project delivery (potentially manage multiple projects) client meetings under overall guidance of senior management;   - Team management and coordination with internal and external stakeholders, etc.  - Overseeing work plans for client engagements and leading the delivery of defined project objectives (managing multiple projects), leveraging past domain experience and Deloitte tools & methodologies  - Identification and development of work opportunities, client requirement analysis, development of EoI/proposals, pitch presentations, client presentations, etc. achieving revenue and sales targets  - Support and lead learning and development initiatives for the team/project/organization.  - Supporting the growth of talent within the practice through recruitment, mentorship and coaching. The candidate from the level of Manager onwards would be required to act as a counsellor for a select number of team members and be responsible for their career growth and development.  - Participating in practice development and knowledge transfer activities   - Manage research, analysis and delivery of thought leadership reports (global and domestic)   - Working closely with the Partners, service line leader and leadership to lead strategic initiatives/projects for GUIDe and track progress  - Coordinate with the rest of the Firm / global team to ensure successful pursuits/delivery of projects  - Job may require extended travel to project locations for implementation  Eligibility criteria and requirements :  - Consultant/Sr. Consultant - 3 yrs to 7 yrs of relevant experience in the area of program management, transaction advisory, other consulting services etc. in the infrastructure sector covering transport, industrial infrastructure, tourism, urban infrastructure including Smart Cities, real estate, etc.   - Manager/Sr. Manager - 8 yrs to 11 yrs of relevant experience in the area of program management, transaction advisory, other consulting services etc. in the infrastructure sector covering transport, industrial infrastructure, tourism, urban infrastructure including Smart Cities, real estate, etc.   - Director - 12 yrs to 15 yrs of relevant experience in the area of program management, transaction advisory, other consulting services etc. in the infrastructure sector covering transport, industrial infrastructure, tourism, urban infrastructure including Smart Cities, real estate, etc.   - Graduate in Engineering/Planning/Architecture; Masters in engineering/planning or PG Diploma in Management or MBA would be preferred;   - Inclination towards working with the Government sector, prior consulting / advisory experience in business development and client delivery in public sector (including donor agencies) space would be an added merit.   - Excellent analytical, writing and communication skills  - Ability to seamlessly function across sectors  - Problem-solving capabilities and an attitude to leverage resources to best solve/address the task at hand  - Ability to lead, manage and develop teams/members   - Willingness to travel and adaptability to change
