The key job responsibilities include the following:

- Should be SFDC certified and should be able to work on project and assist in functionality mapping, configuration, testing, building custom apps, developing interfaces to and from SFDC to other ERP applications viz. SAP etc..

- Analyse and identify gaps in functional/business requirement and should be able to effectively communicate with both Business and Functional analysts on the same.

- Should be able to assess the impacts on technical design because of the changes in functional requirements.

- Will assist in pre-sales activities by mapping the client / RFP requirements to SFDC functionality and develop scope, effort estimates, resource plans and implementation timelines.

- Can help to train / coach junior resources on SFDC functionality

- Can participate in client presentation / orals to articulate SFDC features / our proposed solution.

The key skills required are as follows:

- Certified on Salesforce.com

- Exposure to Salesforce.com Development environment(S-Controls, AJAX Toolkit, Apex API)

- Experience on Apex, Visual force

- Ideally should have experience on programming languages like Java(Advanced Java)/ASP.net including JQuery/Java Script.

- Should have experience in integration and Configuration

- Should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce.com

- Should have experience of at least 2 full life cycle Salesforce.com implementation for domestic (India)/International clients.

- Ability to work under challenging environment and timelines

- Has led cross functional team of consultants

- Ability to maintain cordial client relationship

- Good Communication and presentation skills

- Should be willing to travel
