We are hiring for IT Strategy / Enterprise Architect
Level: Consultant/Sr. Consultant/Manager/Sr. Manager
Job Location: Mumbai/Delhi/Bangalore
Note: we will have telephonic interview for all the local candidates of Bangalore/ Delhi/Mumbai and if shortlisted in round 1 we will have 2nd and final round on 9th June 2018 at respective locations.
IT Strategy: Consultant/ Senior Consultant/Manager
Roles and Responsibilities:
- IT strategy focuses on the critical skills to ensure that IT architecture, plan, spending, and operating model are aligned with specific Industry's competitive landscape and the current posture of the client. The candidates must have the ability to articulate leading business issues and trends including the associated technology implications within one or more industries. Minimum 3- 10 plus years of experience on IT Strategy/ Enterprise Architecture.
- The candidate should demonstrate application of business acumen while leveraging information technology. Experience in contributing to development of IT Operating model Experience participating in Enterprise Architecture projects including ideation, identification, planning and cost estimation.
- Knowledge of any of the major Enterprise Architecture Frameworks. Framework Examples include TOGAF, FEA(F), and DoDAF.

Eligibility criteria and requirements - Graduate or Post Graduate degree (Science or Engineering) from premier institutes.
- 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in management or consulting oriented environment. Willingness to travel for short and long term durations. Strong communication skills (written & verbal). - Willingness to travel for short and long term durations.
3. Senior Manager (10 years+) Roles and Responsibilities :
- IT Mergers & Acquisitions focuses on IT Due diligence, Transition Services Agreements and Contract Management. It also provides services like Technology & Operations integration in a Post-Merger Integration Scenario or a divesture scenario.
The candidate should demonstrate application of business acumen while leveraging information technology and have the following skill set :
- Experience in IT M&A areas, such as Technology Due Diligence (DD), Post-Merger Integrations (PMI) and/ or Divestures
- Experiences in different stages of M&A projects, right from project planning to execution, TSA design to execution, cost/ synergy planning/ tracking, etc.Experience in projects involving design, development and testing of enterprise systems such as ERP, SAP etc.(build, run, operations, and security) that include integration of key software components such as web/application servers, middleware, RDBMS, development environments, operational components, and security products.
- Experience in managing Vendor RFP process, Vendor management skills, etc.Experience in costs modelling for restructuring/divestment/merger scenarios
