Job Description: Associate Director - Operations Transformation

Summary

As an Operations Transformation Specialist, you will work as a Project Lead who focuses on helping our clients design and implement strategies to implement enterprise-wide transformation and operational excellence programs with an objective to positively impact process efficiencies and enhance EBITDA. You will work to help clients bring out process efficiencies by redesigning the existing business processes with the help of technology tools and drive growth for our clients.

Key Responsibilities :

A] Project specific responsibilities:

- Run and lead large discovery strategy phases of work, develop business transformation vision, value roadmap, high-level target solution designs, target experiences

- Provide expert advice on shaping transformation programs based on industry best practices and benchmarking the same

- Prepare comprehensive business case for adopting operational excellence programs and enterprise-wide transformation including cost optimization, supply chain transformation, etc.

- Guide project team and stakeholders in the development and implementation of a series of specific initiatives to transform end-to-end

- Provide leadership and direction to the project demonstrating excellent project management skills including preparation of detailed project plans, communication with stakeholders, etc.

- Independently manage multiple projects being an active Project Lead to resolve transformation issues through interfacing with appropriate stakeholders

- Work collaboratively with internal and external teams to co-create solutions and implement the same

- Enable Change management through developing a communication strategy and plan for the business transformation and effective implementation of the change management plan

- Develop, champion, and recommend changes to policies and guidelines to meet strategic objectives, ensuring that such policies are aligned to overall organization objectives

- Conduct workshops/ trainings for process owner handholding

- Identify and implement key business performance monitoring metrices and enable dashboarding through appropriate tools/ digital platforms

B] Business and Practice Development responsibilities:

- Support business development activities through preparing proposals/ pitches, Point of Views, identifying opportunities on existing projects and building client relationships to be the one point of contact for all onward work

- Lead practice development initiatives through team building, training, knowledge management, etc.

- Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders

- Build new skills and strengthen your expertise with unparalleled training and support

- Actively drive business development and practice management initiatives.

C] Educational Qualification & Skills required:

- B.Tech/ BE and MBA (Finance or Operations Management) or equivalent with 10+ years of total relevant work experience with a blend in consultancy firm and industry
