Talent Payments - Assistant Manager

Work you will do :


Lead the invoice payment process for all Talent channels which has a direct interface / partnership with the firm's Account Payables team.

Change agent and well versant with aspects of Requests for payments, Accounts Payables, General Ledgers, Cost/ Spend Analytics and ensure successful outcomes with respect to risk, brand and compliance. Will liaison with the CoE and other CTS teams across geographies to understand their strategies and provide advisory support as well in identifying the potential solutions. Partner with Policy and Compliance and Procurement teams where required.

Manage and lead team for all operational activities and transition of invoice payments in areas of Talent Acquisition, Talent Development and other Talent vendors.

- Adherence to Deloitte compliance norms of payments and experience (candidates and vendors)

- Candidate Experience - Direct with CoE

- Develop metrics and SLA dashboards, spend analytics, solutions for CoE

- People and process management, Work transition

- Drive operations projects which includes stakeholder management and collaboration with Strategic Procurement Services (SPS), Accounts Payable (AP), Talent CoEs, legal (OGC), US stakeholders and leadership

- Provide high level advice, identify opportunities of efficiencies, risk management and continuous quality improvement by working with the management team- Good organizational skills

The Operations Management team within the Talent Shared Services strives to provide improved customer experiences by focusing on operational and cost effectiveness, increased accuracy, efficiency, compliance adherence and delivering greater value through aligned solutions to the business strategies. Key areas include management of talent vendor and external contractor relationships, talent cost/spend across channels. Quality and innovation are our top priorities, the benchmark is on the rise-always!

Qualification :


a. Required

- Graduate degree, preferably MBA - HR/Operations

- 6- 8 years of work experience in operations with experience in project management

b. Preferred

- Strong operational, project and program management skills

- Strong communication skills including ability to effectively manage, influence, negotiate

- Highly data driven mindset and passion for analytics

Shift Timings: 2 pm - 11 pm

Location: Hyderabad
