CoE   Designation : Assistant Manager  Job level : CL4  Education : Graduation, MBA  Work experience : 4-9 years  The key job responsibilities include the following :   - End to end program management of professional development courses that are conducted for professionals across the Enabling Areas function  - Partner with the business leaders to enhance the technical, professional & leadership skills of the professionals  - Collaborate with business to design and develop program content as required.  - Identify and prepare instructors/vendors to ensure effective classroom facilitation.  - Plan and lead program delivery (leverage the delivery team as necessary).  - Review program feedback and determine opportunities for improvements.  - Create Learning Reports & publish reports at the end of program delivery  - Lead the branding and communication of the programs.  - Develop and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders.  - Drive initiatives to increase participant engagement in training; devise measures to assess and evaluate effectiveness.   - Manage vendor relationships as needed  The key skills required :   - Post graduate degree in management or behavioral psychology  - Minimum 5 years of experience in learning and development  - Proficiency in designing, delivering & managing training programs  - Possess analytical and problem solving skills  - Should have attention to detail  - Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint  - Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to deliver impactful presentations to leadership.  Other details :  Work timing : 09:00 a.m. to 06:00 p.m. (expected to stretch during peak periods)  Location : Hyderabad
